We strongly recommend one 15-minute session daily, 5 to 7 days per week, when dealing with discomfort/pain. If there is no discomfort/pain, you can use it for physical maintenance as often or as little as you deem appropriate. • For acute pain, we suggest using the device 2-3 times daily, with at least 2 hours between sessions. • OnLux can be worn with clothing, but only if you wear thin clothing. However, for optimal results, we recommend using the device with specific wraps designed for it and placing these wraps directly on your skin.
